Fundraising Manager
We are seeking an experienced, faith-motivated Fundraising Manager to grow support for our work in the UK and internationally. As our first dedicated fundraising lead, you will develop and drive a proactive, relationship-centred approach to income generation, with a focus on individual giving, loyal supporters, trusts, and legacies.
- Part-time leadership role (0.6 FTE, 3 days per week)
- Hybrid and flexible working within the UK
- Salary: £37,000–£43,000 FTE, pro rata (approximately £22,200–£25,800 for 3 days per week)
- Permanent contract
- 5% employer pension contribution
- Annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata)
