We have established a legacy programme as part of our strategy for encouraging our donors to remember us in their will. We have assembled a panel of will-writing organisations who we recommend to our supporters. These organisations have worked with charity legacy programmes before, and so we trust that they can provide our supporters with a quality service. However, we cannot guarantee that the services provided by our recommended panel are of better quality than any other providers in the will writing industry.

The panel

At the moment there are two will providers on the panel: Farewill, who are most appropriate for simple will solutions, and Irwin Mitchell, who can provide a comprehensive solution for both simple and more complex wills.

Discounted service

Irwin Mitchell are offering supporters of HOPE worldwide UK a 10% discount on their standard rates when you purchase a Single Will or Mirror Will from them, whether it be a standard or complex will. To access this discount, you must first click on the Irwin Mitchell logo on our ‘Choose Your Will Partner’ page in order to fill out our contact detail form. Once you complete the form, we will pass on your contact information to the Irwin Mitchell team, and one of their representatives will be in touch to help you with the next steps. Should you choose to use the services of Irwin Mitchell, you will enter into a direct contractual relationship with them and not HOPE worldwide UK.

Data security

If you decide to write your will with Irwin Mitchell and fill out our contact detail form, you are giving us permission to send your contact details to Irwin Mitchell. We promise not to sell your data to any third party or to share your details with any other charity.

Age restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old to make a will. Therefore, you must be at least 18 years old to benefit from our agreement with Irwin Mitchell and receive our referral discount on their services.
