Terms & Conditions - HOPE worldwide UK Legacy Programme

Summary of the HOPE worldwide UK Legacy Programme

At HOPE worldwide UK, we are grateful to our loyal network of supporters who help to keep our programmes running. We have established a legacy programme as part of our strategy for encouraging our donors to remember us in their will. We have assembled a panel of will-writing organisations who we recommend to our supporters. These organisations have worked with charity legacy programmes before, and so we trust that they can provide our supporters with a quality service. However, we cannot guarantee that the services provided by our recommended panel are of better quality than any other providers in the will writing industry.

The panel

At the moment there are two will providers on the panel: Farewill, who are most appropriate for simple will solutions, and Irwin Mitchell, who can provide a comprehensive solution for both simple and more complex wills.

Discounted service

Irwin Mitchell are offering supporters of HOPE worldwide UK a 10% discount on their standard rates when you purchase a Single Will or Mirror Will from them, whether it be a standard or complex will. Once you complete the form, we will pass on your contact information to the Irwin Mitchell team, and one of their representatives will be in touch to help you with the next steps. Should you choose to use the services of Irwin Mitchell, you will enter into a direct contractual relationship with them and not HOPE worldwide UK.

What is a will and why should you write one?

Your will is a legal document that determines what will happen to your estate after you pass away. If you want to ensure that your estate goes to the people and causes you care about, it is important that you write a will.

Leaving a legacy to HOPE worldwide UK

By including a gift to HOPE worldwide UK in your will, you will leave a lasting legacy of hope which will impact the lives of people both here in the UK and across the world.

How to write your will

There are 3 things to consider when writing a will: your chosen solicitor, your executor, and what wording to use for legacy gifting. See our recommendations of law firms who have experience in charity legacies and for a discount on your will.
